Cool museum where they moved Rockwell's studio with some of the most picturesque views and walks in the area. The staff was helpful and very knowledgeable. The coolest thing was that one of Rockwell's models happened to show up the day I was there and was willing to answer questions of other guests and the staff. Wonderful insight in site to one artist's process.
Dedicated to illustrative art. Norman Rockwell always. Visiting exhibits including Andy Warhol and his nephew James Warhol - all 3 outstanding illustrators at the same time. WOW!
So nice to see all the pictures you saw growing up. Meeting the models for his painting and learning they still live in the town. Very cool place
All I can say is wow! We had a great afternoon here. Amazing museum! Audio tour using your own phone is a must (bring a pair of headphones!) It is art that you could look at for hours and hours.
My new favorite museum. Would recommend their daily talk, and plan on spending a few hours here. Take the time to go for a stroll around the grounds too! Beautiful view!
